I purchased the car remotely (by phone/ e mail). Every detail was managed satisfactorily by the BMW Sales Representative, Bradley Loram, including the transfer of my personal number plates. When I collected the car everything was perfectly organised

I was kept waiting for over an hour when dropping my vehicle off and collecting the courtesy car. Service light still on after a £1000 service isn't good enough.

My car failed its MOT. I was not impressed with the attitude of the lady who dealt with me on that day -she should know that a smile helps when dealing with customers. The person I saw the next day for the retest was very helpful and efficient.

The actual service is first class. BUT I gave one disappointment. The vehicle update identified 3 advisory: One was rubber covers for shock absorbers cuts £830. Ridiculous price. Another was pedestrian protection struts. Time date stamped cost £150?

Phone call to say car was ready.Asked dealership to make sure car was parked in disabled making it easy to load daughter and walker into my. Car wasn't ready had to wait 20 minutes and had to ask again for car to be brought to disabled bay.

Excellent service from the customer service team who worked hard to find a matching tyre for one that had sustained damage. Unfortunately, the wrong tyre was fitted but the error was corrected next day. Other disappointment was a poor car wash!

Been with Bowker for many years, but the use of the app, key drop off and lack of personal contact with the service team is a retrograde step in my opinion. BMW are expensive to maintain and part of compromise was personal service, not text/email etc

I was dissatisfied due to inconsistencies in BMW's health check process. A differential leak was missed in one check but flagged as critical 151 miles later. BMW suggested the first check was flawed but took no accountability.

Within 10 miles of receiving my car back from having an identified engine fault fixed the fault warning has re-appeared and has had to be re-booked in. However this will not be carried out immediatly but will have to wait 2 1/2 weeks.

Paid over £100 for 3 years service, I guess this was it! Video showed the brake disc & tyre tread testing. However, no evidence of break fluid change or battery check! The paperwork states exhaust was fine and cooling system (they don't, electric).

The attitude of people within your corporation needs to be re assessed across the board. Even looking around at the cars whilst waiting was uncomfortable to say the least. Not one person approached to discuss any of the cars.

Flawless except do for one thing which seems ill considered. My SOS emergency link is intermittent. I was told that I would have to pay £180 to have the automatic test machine connected to diagnose the fault. This annoyed me and I will not progress.
